We pride ourselves on our ability help with all types of business acquisitions and sales, from initial advice on deal structure, confidentiality agreements and letters of intent, to negotiation of the definitive agreement, employment and non-competition agreements, environmental escrows and indemnity limitations.  We can also offer specific advice in areas such as antitrust, international trade, real estate and tax.  Our transactional practice employs a multidisciplinary approach tailored to fit the unique needs of each transaction, calling on the services of our other firm disciplinary groups when particular subject matter expertise is warranted.  Our responsiveness is impeccable, and we stand ready to assist the firm's clients with transactions of all sizes.
