About Us
Doyle, Barlow & Mazard PLLC ("DBM") was founded in April 2006 as a specialty boutique antitrust and international trade firm. Through the years, we expanded our services to include the representation of individuals and businesses in a broad array of employment and hospitality matters.
Prior to launching DBM, we were affiliated with some of the largest law firms in the United States. Our experience is that businesses, financial institutions, government entities, and other clients do not focus on hiring hundreds of lawyers, but seek out and retain individual attorneys or small teams of attorneys with particularized skills, acknowledged expertise, and unique qualifications.
At DBM, our goal is to combine our big firm experience with one-on-one attorney-client relationships that are easier to develop and maintain in a small firm environment.
We provide counseling to domestic and international companies and financial institutions seeking advice regarding private and government antitrust investigations and litigation, including merger and acquisition matters and international trade issues.
We help individual employees and independent contractors obtain money that they are owed. We will try to settle disputes amicably but when necessary we will file lawsuits to protect our clients. We help small businesses pay their employees correctly and defend against frivolous allegations. We also advise caterers, full service and fast casual restaurants, night clubs, taverns, wholesalers, distributors, distillers, and retailers in a broad array of hospitality matters.
Our goal is to provide personalized, high quality legal services for every client. We leverage experience, expertise and technology to provide our antitrust, international trade, employment law, and hospitality clients with legal services of the highest caliber.
